Azzas 2154 shares rose as much as 18% on September 25 and closed 12.97% higher at R$ 16.38, leading Ibovespa gains, amid expectations over the sale process for the Farm Rio brand. According to InfoMoney, Morgan Stanley set the end of September as the deadline for non-binding offers, and funds such as Advent, GIC, CVC and L Catterton would be in the race. After the separation agreed between Alexandre Birman and Roberto Jatahy, Farm Rio will be sold, with 57.4% of proceeds going to Arezzo and 42.6% to Soma.
