Capitânia Logística sells three warehouses to BTG Pactual Logística for R$ 918.5 million, with a R$ 2.15 per unit gain
The Capitânia Logística FII (CPLG11) signed a memorandum to sell three warehouses occupied by Mercado Livre and Amazon to the BTG Pactual Logística FII (BTLG11), per NeoFeed, Money Times, InfoMoney and Seu Dinheiro. The buyer announces R$ 918.5 million as the base value; the seller estimates R$ 958.6 million, because it adds to the R$ 671 million cash portion the R$ 287.6 million payable within 12 months adjusted by IPCA plus 6% a year. The estimated gain is R$ 2.15 per CPLG11 unit.
