São Paulo court invalidates 99Food clauses that barred restaurants from working with Keeta
The São Paulo State Court unanimously invalidated 99Food exclusivity clauses that barred partner restaurants from also working with Keeta, owned by Chinese group Meituan, according to Bloomberg Línea, Correio Braziliense and NeoFeed on September 29. The ruling is another chapter in the fight between 99Food, Keeta and iFood for the food delivery market.
