Itaú leases the entire Esther Towers from Eztec for 10 years, R$ 1.17 billion in revenue over the decade

Eztec said in a September 17 material fact that Itaú Unibanco leased the entire Esther Towers development on Chucri Zaidan avenue in São Paulo: 91,400 square meters for 10 years, extendable by 5, with estimated revenue of R$ 1.17 billion over the decade, adjusted by the IPCA. The first tower is due at the end of 2026 and the second in the first half of 2027.

Itaú consolidates its European wholesale and investment banking operations in Luxembourg and moves staff from London

Itaú Unibanco announced on September 15 that it will consolidate in Luxembourg its European corporate and investment banking, global markets and the wealth management operations of Portugal and the United Kingdom, moving part of the team now in London; the European structure serves about 350 companies and more than 50 global fixed income and equity accounts, manages US$ 51 billion in assets and US$ 7 billion in loans, and the reorganisation should be completed by the end of 2027, per Bloomberg Línea and Reuters via Money Times.
