Keeta says 85.7% of anchor restaurants in São Paulo are blocked by exclusivity and Cade keeps its delivery probe open
A Keeta survey of 147 chains finds that 85.7% of restaurants with five or more stores in the São Paulo metropolitan area are barred from operating on the platform by exclusivity or competitor ban clauses. The Cade tribunal rejected the Keeta appeal for a preventive measure against 99Food but ordered the investigation into sector clauses to continue. iFood says the claim of widespread exclusivity does not hold.
