M. Dias Branco buys 80% of Grespan and enters frozen bread
M. Dias Branco bought, through a subsidiary, 80% of Grespan, a frozen-bread maker from Marília (São Paulo), which had gross revenue of about R$ 139 million in 2025. The contract includes an option to buy the remaining 20% within five years, according to Money Times and NeoFeed.
